Shipping & Returns
If you receive a package that has been damaged in shipping, report any damage immediately by calling us.
We will replace any item which has been incorrectly shipped, or any item which has been determined to be defective.
All other returns must be returned withing 30 days. Please obtain an RMA return number by calling us at 603-898-0535. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box right next to the address label. All returns must have shipping prepaid. Merchandise must be in the same condition it was sent in. No items tampered with, used or installed may be returned. All returns must be made by Fed Ex, UPS or DHL only, and must be addressed to our street address of 40 Lowell Rd Salem, NH 03079.
No returns on electrical, used parts or special orders which include soft goods in colors other than black.

Foreign Orders:
If using credit card please note that credit cards with a foreign address cannot be used to ship parts to a US address. If you wish to have parts shipped to a US address while visiting from another country, merchandise must be paid for by wire transfer. Please call or email for information.
